During project implementation, historically generated reports for CRM have been moved to BusinessObjects BI platform while providing flexible and user friendly ad-hoc query platform. BusinessObjects BI platform will be also serving the company’s future ad-hoc needs in addition to reports generated on top of such as sales-operation, subscribers-customer analysis, distributor-sub distributor reports, products, ticketing and campaign.
